**Please complete a different form for each child and add them to your cart individually.**
Children can select a range of small items to create gift bags for their dads, stepdads, carers or grandfathers. If your child is absent on the day, the teaching assistant who knows them best will choose their gift and keep it safe.
To 'pay it forward' and buy a gift for a child who otherwise couldn't participate, please type 'PIF' in both name fields and select 'pay it forward' from the class list.
